📌Please note that the color coding for the Bryq Score has been updated to the new and improved Fit Score colors. These colors consistently interpret the Bryq Score across various profiles according to your assessment needs. Now, a Fit Score of 8 always represents the top 16% compared to the global average, regardless of the role. This means Fit Scores are comparable across different roles, with higher Fit Scores indicating better suitability. This consistency was not always the case with the previous Bryq Score percentage system. Read more here.

Bryq provides matching scores for different areas (cognitive, personality, leadership) using the same colored indicator. Here's what the color ranges are, so that you can easily understand Bryq results with a single glance:
