## How to send Bryq assessments via Paycor using our Open Link Invitations

Paycor is an ATS that allows you to streamline each step of the recruitment, hiring, and payroll processes. Paycor guides customers with onboarding new hires, explains and distributes HR benefits, and even controls payroll and tax compliance settings.

While Bryq does not offer a two-way integration with Paycor, our mutual customers are able to use our **Open Link Integration** to implement Bryq's assessment invitation into Paycor's communications.
