## How to send Bryq assessments via Paycom using our Open Link Invitations

Paycom is an HR & Payroll Software that offers capabilities in talent acquisition, talent management, payroll, HR management, and Time & Labor management. When it comes to talent acquisition, Paycom customers are able to track applicants, perform background checks, onboard new employees, and determine tax credits for each employee.

While Bryq does not offer a two-way integration with Paycom, our mutual customers are able to use our **Open Link Integration** to implement Bryq's assessment invitation into Paycom's communications.
