For any reason, candidates can delete themselves from the Bryq database. There will be no notification to your prospective employer, and we will have no record remaining. The Bryq Team* Account Admins can add the people who should receive notifications when a candidate deletes their data. If the field is empty, the data notification process follows specific rules. Account deletions notify the following people: - Any email addresses under the company's deletion emails field or, when none are found, per company - Account admin - always - HR admin - who is in the assessment's team - Job creator - always ### **Example of notification email:** *Hi,* *Example Name ([e](mailto:kevingreek@gmail.com)mail) has deleted their data from Bryq’s database on October 28, 2021, at 08:05 AM, and we hereby request that you remove their Bryq data from your systems as well.* *Under [Bryq’s Privacy Policy](https://www.bryq.com/privacy/), candidates have the right to delete their data. We no longer have any record of Peter Smith.* *For any further questions you may have, please reach out to [support@bryq.com](mailto:support@bryq.com).* *Thank you!* ​*The Bryq Team* Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have to remove the candidate's data from your own systems as well.
