Bryq MCP lets you connect Bryq to an AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or another MCP-compatible client.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is a standard way for AI assistants to connect to external tools and data sources. When you connect Bryq through MCP, your assistant can read the Bryq information your account has access to and help you answer questions about your jobs, candidates, applications, and assessment results.
For example, you can ask your assistant to rank candidates for a job, compare finalists on specific score dimensions, draft interview questions from a candidate's weakest traits, or pull assessment analytics across a time range.
Info: Bryq MCP is currently read-only. Your assistant can read and analyze Bryq data, but it cannot create, edit, publish, or delete content. Write actions — sending invitations, creating jobs — are on the roadmap.
Getting Started
Copy the Bryq MCP URL below and paste it into your AI assistant or MCP client.
https://mcp.bryq.com/mcp
Bryq MCP uses OAuth sign-in. You do not need to create, copy, or manage an API key.
Your assistant can only access the Bryq jobs, candidates, and data that your signed-in account is allowed to access. If you do not have access to a job or workspace in Bryq, your assistant will not be able to read it through MCP.
Before You StartMake sure your AI assistant or MCP client supports:
- Custom MCP servers
- Streamable HTTP
- OAuth sign-in
After adding the MCP server, you may need to restart your AI client or start a new task/session so the assistant can load the Bryq tools.
What Your Assistant Can ReadAfter you connect Bryq, your assistant can read Bryq information your account can access, including:
- Jobs you can see, and job-level details
- Applications and candidates for those jobs
- Assessment scores and dimension-level results
- Candidate rankings and fit against a job profile
You usually do not need to type these exact tool names. You can ask your assistant in plain language, for example:
- "Who are the top 10 candidates for Head of Sales, ranked by fit score?"
- "Compare Ana, Carlos, and Sofia on cognitive score and attention to detail."
- "Quick brief on James Okafor — I'm interviewing him in 20 minutes."
