What things might show a loss of focus?

Several actions during the test can register as a loss of focus, including:

• Switching to another browser tab or window
• Clicking outside the test window (e.g. taskbar, desktop, another application)
• A notification or pop-up stealing focus (e.g. email, Slack, system alert)
• Moving the cursor outside the browser window
• Using keyboard shortcuts that shift focus away from the test

To avoid unintended flags, close other applications and notifications before starting the test, and keep the test window active until you finish.
