Assessment results are considered valid for 6 months from the date of completion.

During that period, you have two options depending on your needs:

• Reuse existing results if the role, requirements, and context remain consistent.

• Retest the individual if you need updated insights — especially for promotion decisions, post-training evaluation, or reassessment after a significant time gap.
