How long are assessments results valid? | Bryq Help Center

Assessments results do not expire. However, we recommend that individuals retake the assessment no more than once per year, to keep insights current while preserving the reliability of the results.

This applies to both Profile Fit and Skills assessments.

What happens when a candidate is reinvited?

If a candidate who has already completed an assessment is invited again, the candidate can choose to either:

  • Reuse their existing results, or
  • Retake the assessment to generate new results.

What if we want the candidate to retake the assessment?

If you need updated results, for example for a promotion decision, a post-training evaluation, or after a significant change in role or context, delete the candidate’s existing results and send a new invitation. The candidate will then complete the assessment from the start.
