The Express assessment has a nominal duration of 12' and includes 20 cognitive questions and 48 personality questions. This assessment is best used for jobs where cognitive ability isn't as crucial as personality traits.

During the interactive chatbot experience, your candidates will follow different department heads from Idalto's Superstore through their daily tasks. Candidates will be able to help the Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, Head of Customer Service, Shift Manager, and Home Delivery Manager with duties and responsibilities throughout the store.

The Express assessment provides the most useful candidate results for customer-facing jobs, including (but not limited to): cashiers, retail workers, hospitality workers, shipping and merchandising associates, warehouse workers, and more.

Unlike our other assessments, the Express version was also created to deliver a mobile-first experience, so candidates can quickly and easily take the assessment on a mobile device like a phone or tablet.
