For open roles where only Cognitive Ability matters for successful job performance, Bryq created the Cognitive Only Assessment. Cognitive questions cover verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, and attention to detail.
The Cognitive assessment has a nominal duration of 7 minutes and includes 20 cognitive questions and no personality questions.
During this assessment, candidates are taken through the daily tasks of Idalto Ltds. department heads. Candidates will help the Chief Executive Officer, Manager of Artist Relations, Senior Director of Productions, Financial Controller, and General Counsel complete projects that revolve around cognitive function.
