How to reuse candidates for different positions

To add an existing candidate to a new assessment:

  1. Find the new assessment that you want to add the candidate to

  2. Click the Invite Candidates button in the Quick Actions area in the upper right-hand corner (pictured above)

  3. If the candidate's results are recent (less than 6 months), the candidate will be automatically added to the new assessment. No new email will be generated and sent to the candidate

πŸ“Œ If a candidate's results are more than 6 months old, using the Invite Candidate button will send a new email invitation.
