Candidate Assessment

Following the invitation to the candidates, it is time for your candidates to take the assessment!

Based on the designated assessment validity period (which is the timeframe you have defined during which candidates have to complete the assessment), the candidates will receive either one or two reminders after their initial Candidate Invitation.

  • If the validity period is 5 days or longer: The candidates will receive the first Candidate Invitation which will be followed by two Reminder Invitations in the case he/she has not completed the assessment within the designated time frame.

  • If the validity period is less than 5 days: The candidates will receive the first Candidate Invitation which will be followed by one final Reminder Invitation one day prior to the end date of the validity period.

Notes:

  • We advise our customers to set a validity period of 7 days to ensure that candidates will have at least one weekend at their disposal to find the time and peace of mind to complete it.

  • The candidates are still able to complete the assessment after the validity period. In that case, you will get notified and you should decide whether you are willing to include the late candidates in your pool.

What do the Invitations look like?

Below is a description of what the messaging looks like.

  1. Candidate Invitation: When the candidate is invited to take the assessment at the start of the assessment validity period, they will receive the following email message. The invitation is personalized and includes your logo and company name.

2. Reminder 1: In the event that the middle of the assessment validity period (which is set to be 5 days or longer) has been reached and the candidates have not taken the assessment yet, they will receive the following reminder:

3. Final Reminder: One day prior to the end of the assessment validity period, the candidates will receive a final reminder to complete the assessment.
