Find out more about the analytics reports available in Bryq

๐Ÿ“Œ By default, the Analytics menu is enabled for Administrators. Administrators can determine which user roles they wish to provide access to.

Navigate to the Analytics menu. The following reports are available in the Analytics section of an Account's instance:

  1. Acquisition Overview: This report provides analytics on your recruitment activity, allowing you to explore data across different time intervals.

  2. Candidate Feedback: This report includes information about your candidates' assessment experience, extracted from the relevant survey.

  3. Diversity: This report presents information based on the diversity data mix as defined by the EEOC, extracted from the relevant survey.

  4. Employee Activity: This report contains information about your employees' activity concerning assessment completion.

Let's have a closer look at each.

Acquisition Overview

On the top bar of the report, there is a time range filter with the default value last three months i.e., the last quarter.

You can just edit the time range, click Apply, and then filter the information displayed accordingly.

Below there are some instructions that will help you understand how to utilize the report.

The Reports section displays five key recruitment KPIs based on the chosen time interval:

  • Assessments Sent: The total number of invitations sent.

  • Assessments Completed: The overall number of completed assessments.

  • Completion Rate: The percentage of applicants who finished the assessments.

  • AVG Days to Complete: The average number of days applicants take to complete the assessment from the moment they start.

  • Hours Saved: An estimate of the hours saved by your recruitment team using Bryq as a pre-screening tool. Want to learn more? ๐Ÿ‘€

Next comes a Breakdown per Job as per the KPIs mentioned above.

๐Ÿ’ก The breakdown includes two more columns:

a. Above AVG Fit: % of candidates who applied to the job and are a good, great, and exceptional fit.

b. AVG Bryq score: AVG Bryq score from all completed assessments in that job.

Finally, at the end of the report, a line chart divided into Weekly and Daily trends offers a visual representation of the assessments sent and completed.

Candidate Feedback

Similarly, in the Candidate Feedback report, the default interval is configured for the last quarter, presenting the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  1. Surveys Sent: Indicates the number of Candidate Feedback surveys sent within the selected timeframe.

  2. Responders: Signifies the number of candidates who actively responded to the survey.

  3. Response Rate: Represents the ratio between sent surveys and the number of responses received.

  4. Difficulty: Reflects the score based on responders' answers, on a 1-5 scale.

  5. Satisfaction: Illustrates the score derived from responders' answers, on a 1-5 scale.

  6. Engagement: Depicts the score derived from responders' answers, on a 1-5 scale.

Next comes a Breakdown per Job as per the KPIs mentioned above.


Finally, at the end of the report, a combo chart showcases monthly trends, presenting both the number of responders and the average score per feedback category i.e. satisfaction, engagement, and difficulty.

Diversity

The Diversity report contains information from the demographics survey that candidates respond to. The data refer to the four protected groups as defined by the EEOC. These are:

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Ethnicity

  • Disability

The data refer to the default last quarter filter. Three main KPIs are available at the top:

  1. Surveys Sent: Indicates the number of demographic surveys sent within the selected timeframe.

  2. Responders: Signifies the number of candidates who actively responded to the survey.

  3. Response Rate: Represents the ratio between sent surveys and the number of responses received.

Next comes a Breakdown per Job as per the KPIs mentioned above.

In the Diversity Breakdown, distinct tabs represent each diversity category. Within each tab, your company has the flexibility to compare itself to any region (with North America set as the default) to assess how your diversity mix of candidates aligns with the reference group.

Right below the pie charts, you may find a table, where you can get an idea of how each diversity category performs per value across the hiring funnel. This section allows you to identify any discrepancies and empowers you to take targeted actions to enhance your statistics within the protected categories. Ensure accurate depiction by marking the candidates' status in Bryq to reflect the current reality.

๐Ÿ’ก By clicking a slice on a pie the information in the Diversity Breakdown section is filtered respectively.

Employee Activity

Concluding the Employee Activity report, you'll find details on the number of employees imported into the Bryq platform, along with the corresponding number of completed assessments and a clear display of the completion rate. The report includes a filter option by department, with all departments pre-selected as the default setting.

Then, a Breakdown per department is available in a table format with the same information as the KPIs mentioned above. Next to the table, a pie with the performance level is displayed. Clicking on a slice of the pie filters the information of the report.

๐Ÿ“Œ When applying a filter, be sure to click the Apply button to update the information based on the selected filter.

๐Ÿ“ŒAdditionally, charts and tables can be downloaded in either Excel or image format.
