At a Glance
The At a Glance section offers a comprehensive overview of lifetime data related to your current active roles, including the total number of assessments sent and completed. Additionally, if you have marked a candidate's status as Interviewed and/or Hired within the platform, this pertinent information is also displayed in this section.
In case no information about the candidates' status is available then the last two boxes on the right-hand side will not be visible.
Important Success Metrics
This section includes lifetime data from the most important KPIs that reflect how Bryq impacts your recruitment efforts. These are:
Candidates Completion Rate: Indicates the total number of assessments completed up to the present day.
Candidates Satisfaction Rate: Reflects the overall satisfaction rate since you have started using Bryq.
Hours Saved: Represents the estimated hours saved by your recruitment team through the utilization of Bryq as a pre-screening tool. Want to learn more? 👀
Trending Roles
Following that is the Trending Roles section, showcasing the top 3 most popular roles in the last 30 days, determined by the number of invitations sent. Tapping on the external link icon provides a direct redirection to the relevant assessment. On the right side, you can track the number of completed assessments during this period.
At the bottom of the Trending Roles box, you'll find a link that takes you directly to the Roles list.
Top Fits
Here, you'll get a bird's eye view into your top fits for your recent roles, ensuring you don't overlook key matches. Access their results promptly through the external link icon for quick reference.
The information presented in both the Trending Jobs section and the Top Fits section is filtered based on the roles that a user is a member of.
Talent Management
If you have activated the Talent Management module and your user role grants access to one or more of the following components, you will promptly access information about:
Number of Employees: Indicates the total count of employees loaded into the Bryq platform.
Number of Segments: Represents the number of segments created within the Bryq platform.
Number of Validated Profiles: Reflects the total count of validated profiles generated from your employee data in the Bryq platform.
Each component is equipped with a direct external link that leads to the relevant lists within the platform.
Reports
This section provides direct access to reports that provide insights into your account activity.
To be more specific, our system offers the following reports:
Acquisition Overview: This report provides analytics on your recruitment activity, allowing you to explore data across different time intervals.
Candidate Feedback: This report includes information about your candidates' assessment experience, extracted from the relevant survey.
Diversity: This report presents information based on the diversity data mix as defined by the EEOC, extracted from the relevant survey.
Employee Activity: This report contains information about your employees' activity concerning assessment completion.
Permission to access and view the acquisition and insights reports is by default granted to Administrators. HR Administrators typically have access to the Acquisition reports. You may change the permissions per role from here.
